3D Printing

We turn ideas into prototypes and produce special components.

Development of Prototypes

For new manufacturing processes, we can manufacture prototypes based on 3D designs to validate both the process and the final product.

Prototyping with 3D printing can often avoid expensive mistakes and show potential for improvement!

Serial Production

For many specialized parts, it is cheaper to produce them using 3D printing, rather than developing your own manufacturing processes. The quality is now good enough to make 3D printing a viable production alternative for many areas.

Unique Components

Our 3D printing capabilities allow us to produce complex parts that would otherwise be impossible or incredibly time-consuming to produce using traditional methods. This can eliminate the need for extensive manual labor and allow for the creation of intricate components.

Details about our 3D printing

Versatile Filament System (FDM)

We can print in various materials: from classic plastics to polycarbonate reinforced with carbon fiber.

Print size

With our printers, we can print 3D objects up to 450mm x 450mm x 450mm.

Full-service 3D printing

Typically, we receive a finished 3D model, but we can also design it for you. This model will then be optimized for 3D printing, sliced, printed and finally washed and cleaned before we hand it over to you – completely finished and ready for use.

Sample projects

Component prototyping

This adapter was 3D-printed with ABS (Acrylnitril-Butadien-Styrol-Copolymer) as a prototype to verify its readiness before the adapter went into mass-production using aluminum.

“Impossible” component

As part of a nozzle, this component was designed by us and produced with carbon fiber-reinforced polycarbonate in 3D printers.

With regular manufacturing methods, producing this element would not have been possible.
